After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Silk Doll Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Silk Doll Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
