No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Silk Doll Co. does not offer refunds for any purchases.
Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for:
~A similar item, or
~An item of equal or comparable value
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
~Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
~Have all original tags attached
~Be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
~Be returned in the original packaging when possible
Silk Doll Co. reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
~Sale or clearance items
~Gift cards
~Items marked as final sale
~BOGO sales
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Silk Doll Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mailto:silkdollco@aol.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
